"Overall a great space to spend your vacation. Was perfect for our group of 5. Close to the beach but enough privacy when you wanted to enjoy some quiet time listening to the waves. I would rent a car next time for some freedom, very easy to drive from the airport and around town. My only recommendation is the unit could do with some more kitchen amenities such as mixing bowls and cooking sheets, and additional dish towels."

"We had a wonderful time in Hautulco, Mexico. We will definitely vacation there again. Everything was affordable (condo, food, activities). The condo was fully equipped and met our needs. There was a minor issue with the boiler but Alejandro had it checked and everything was fine. The sink in the guest bathroom had a leaking pipe but it’s an easy fix, it just needs to be resealed. Other than those minor things I would stay in that condo again."

"My friend and I stayed for a week and loved the property. It was clean, well stocked and most importantly, the A/C worked well as it was very hot during our stay. The pool area was lovely, the residents were super friendly and gave us lots of great advice on restaurants, things to do & places to see. Was nice to have a grocery store so nearby and lots of restaurants. The town Square was about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Was my first time here and can’t wait to return!"

I would have given them a 5, but for the following issues. 1- we had to buy kitchen knives, cutting board, Tupperware, tongs, 2 frying pans (all left behind) 2 - dishwasher didn't work, reported but no remedy provided. 3 - light bulbs burnt out, requested they change them - no assistance. 4 - They continually offered "what can we do to make your stay better", I hade 2 minor requests and they were denied. "As we had never been to the area, we went by pictures and descriptions to book the condo. It did not disappoint. Lots of space and very well appointed kitchen - all the dishes and utensils you would want. The private top deck with the plunge pool was a life saver. Great to cool down in "

"The condo is in a great location! Walking distance to amenities or short walk to a taxi. The property is beautiful! Plants and flowers create a lot of privacy. Everyone in the complex was friendly and welcoming. We were surprised at all the extras we found in the condo (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, lots of towels, beach bags, condiments galore. The large deck was perfect for watching the sunrise or to sit and enjoy the evening. We definitely recommend it!"

"When we arrived we could not get access the suite even though the owner had been notified when we were at the airport. Thank goodness the taxi driver stayed with us and continued to call the owner until a key arrived. Our patio door and all the windows on the floor were unlockable allowing anyone access from the courtyard to all of our possessions.
