"It's a nice, quiet place. The pool is under the trees so constant cleaning is needed which is done often by the clients throughout the day. Avoid rooms 15, 16, & 17 as due to the design of the hallway, the mosquitos have no escape and congregate there in large numbers. The 2nd floor suites are lovely. The area is residental and is very quiet. "

"The property was great, clean and spacious. The condo pool was large and the grounds were wry well kept. The connection to the Sea Soul club was great. The pool was excellent providing a great view to the Chahue bay. The bay was beautiful, but this bay is not for swimming, it had a red flag throughout the entire trip. Next to the club was a side street with various food shops that offered drinks and tasty food. There was only one downside to the trip, our contact was unavailable on our arrival...

"We stayed in T3, the furthest from town. Large 2 bdrm condo with larger common area. Alejandro was very nice and directed us into the unit, and called a cab for us when we left. Walkable to Santa Cruz and Entrega; we walked to Crucesita once, but it was about 4 miles. Cabs are cheap. The unit smelled of mold/mildew, but opening windows and doors helped. AC works well. "Right from the beginning the communication was very good. One small hiccup that was cleared up almost immediately by the host. The suite was clean and comfortable will all the amenities we require. The rooftop common area and pool was the best we’ve experienced. Extremely clean and useable. It was great that the property has security guards. Likely not necessary but made us feel secure. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back. "

"Great location. Cut through the park and you're on the beach. Two stores (one with fresh produce) a very short walk away. A taqueria across the street. My only complaint would be the traffic noise but there's nothing to be done about that. At night, the waves muffle the road noise. Great little pool to cool down after a beach day. And, who doesn't love to shower outside. We'll be back!!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Casa Delfin. The views are amazing. We saw whales and jumping rays every day from the shared balcony. The unit was just as shown in the pictures and had everything we needed. Luis and his staff were very responsive. The water at Bahia Estacahuite is calm and great for swimming and snorkeling. The only downside for us is that the beach and beach restaurants just below the house are very busy and can be noisy, particularly during the weekend."

"The condo is well stocked with anything you may need, we found it in great shape and everything worked fine, deck gets a fair bit of shade which is nice. It can be a little noisy outside during the day as it is a residential property with pickle ball and the pool beside you. Nights are very quiet, Pool was nice and big, Norma was without a doubt one of the best hosts we have ever had"
