"We had a problem the first night with our room due to noise from the gym, which was directly across from our room. The receptionist offered to move us to another room which turned out to be very quiet. We really appreciate her being so kind and understanding. "

"The staff were very friendly. We were offered a late check out and a $20 food/beverage credit. We loved the late check out but it we never received the $20 credit off our room service order. The rooms were nice but the outlets needs to be replaced (or at least in the room we stayed in). All except 2 were loose and wouldn't keep the phone charger in place. Other than that the hotel was nice and located conviently by the Metro. "
