"I was asked to rate our stay 1-5....given a 3 only due to the view.... 1) The door lock/lack there of Unlocking and locking the door from the outside is extremely difficult, so much so that we gave up a few times and left with the door unlocked. It appeared that the door locking area has been broken and poorly repaired. 2) Master bed had no sheet, they did deliver a sheet for the bed but it took them 3 deliveries to get the correct size 3) Multiple housekeeping issues need to be addressed....

"Location, location, location! Fabulous apartment with all of the necessities nestled in the heart of Berlin. It was our first visit but definitely won't be our last. The adorable coffee shop right next door was an added bonus ;-)"

"This is our second stay at Club Villas 2 and we had an overall very nice time. It seems that they may be working through some repairs/still de-winterizing units/making it through with limited staff. The staff was very helpful. The heater for the indoor pool was broken, which was the main reason we chose to stay here, so call before you reserve. We were given our first unit on arrival and could not flush the toilets, a panel was separated from the bathtub, and a mirror closet door was off the...

"Very nice and very clean to star"

"Our stay was excellent. The complex is right on the beach and the view of the ocean is breathtaking (we even saw a large pod of dolphins). This unit, in particular, is especially cozy: the beds and chairs (even in the dining room) are comfortable, the kitchen has been conveniently set up with all the appliances, chinaware and utensils that we need and the television systems are more than ample. Jason and Melissa were also very attentive and responsive."

"Meet my son in Annapolis to attend the Military Bowl. Location was great, near the stadium and also close to downtown. Great place to stay when in Annapolis."

"5 Cousins visiting our uncle. Great location for us 5 minutes to Uncle, 20 minutes to metro. Condo was as described. Not much opportunity to use the TV, when we did it was a little difficult to navigate. Worked out well for 5 adults. "
