"I stayed at your hostel for seven nights, and it was a very enjoyable experience. The staff were cooperative, so many attractions were convenient and close to the hostel, and everything overall was good. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The only issue I encountered was that guests have to inform the staff for bed sheet changes and similar services, which could be improved. Other than that, everything was fine. Thank you for the great stay!"

"The mini fridge was a big perk as it seems many accommodations in London do not include one. The location was fantastic. It was very easy to get to places within central London. There is a Tesco Express right next door which was extremely convenient. The front desk person was very helpful when he was there. "This hotel was a lovely option for a short weekend break. Super close to the underground to travel in and out the city, lots of food options nearby and in a nice area. The staff were all so lovely and the room was perfect for the 2 nights. Some communication on the 40 minute cap on the shower would have been great, but all around a great experience. "This property is absolutely stunning! I had no issues with my stay at this property. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The room made me feel comfortable and like I was at my own home. The property left an everlasting impression for this being my first time visiting London.
