"Enjoyed staying in Pimlico close to the river Thames. Relatively Close to London Victoria station. Plenty of good eating places nearby. Bathroom worked well. Bed was comfortable. Room was rather small (typical London) so made it a little squishy with 2 large bags. Staff were helpful and friendly. Had an outside paved area for the staff that, with some careful design, would be a good area for guests to relax in the warmer months."

"Just under a mile away from the Horley train station and a short drive to the Gatwick airport. Rooms are spread between the first and second floor with shuttle service and breakfast options available. Minor issues with the room where the shower was not draining properly, but was still able to freshen up. Like most houses in the UK no AC units were available in the room, but the window and time of year provided enough cooling needed for the night. Staff are friendly and the rooms were quiet...

"We had a lovely stay here. We were visiting our daughter at UAL so just a short walk to her accommodation. Nice time exploring Balaham. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and will stay again."

"Excellent customer service from the staff. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Location is perfect for transport, dining etc The only let down was the shower in my room was not clean and housekeeping did not give me a clean cup or replenish the tea tray. Overall I would stay there again. "
