"Hilton Gatwick Airport is a great option if you have an early flight. It’s a 5 minute walk to the train station and airport, large rooms, and very modern. It also has a pub, bar and restaurant which is more than most airport hotels offer."

"Hotel facilities and staff were excellent. Location was quiet but walkable from the main sights and two tube stations (Pimlico and Westminster). Breakfast was great. Left luggage service was very convenient. Little bit on the pricey side, but hey, it's London. Had a great stay. Looking to come back again."

"Most of the staff were extremely professional and very friendly. There was one staff in the restaurant who was outstanding. Her name was Joelle. There were 2 hostesses who acted like they were above everyone, including guests and staff. They seemed to always be counseling staff in front of customers. They need to be counseled on supervising skills, if that was what they were doing. We were there for 2 weeks, so we were very aware of what was going on.the front desk staff and cafe staff were excellent too. We were sad to leave."
