"Location was perfect for our needs Cleanliness. One day of our four days stay, there must have been a misunderstanding, the room was not cleaned. Probably lack of understanding (poor English communication). Pity that we couldn't have just some coffee and toast for breakfast. Too much and expensive for our taste. Thanks for everything. "A lovely hotel in an ideal location near Canary Wharf station. Staff were very friendly on arrival. Room was compact but perfect for an overnight stay in London. The room was clean and bed was very comfy. A weatherspoons in a 2 minute walk and a quiet location within Canary Wharf."

"Great property our apartment was just what we needed plenty of space for us to relax and all our luggage. Transport at the door or 15 min walk to Tower Bridge - so easy. Found walking around the street behind lead us to a street full of little bars and eateries, so a nice surprise. Only thing we thought apartment needed was sheer curtains as once full wall of curtains opened - apartments opposite could look straight in. the large deck we had - deck chairs would be great in summer. Thanks for great stay and all staff were very friendly and helpful.. "

"Great location! Lots of foot and the train, tube and buses are all within walking distance. Great 24 hour convenient store 5 minute walk away that came in handy! AMAZING Italian restaurant right up the street O Sole Mio and great local pub right around the corner from there. The hotel staff were kind and helpful, they let me check in 2 hours early and tidied up my room daily if I requested. The only negative was that my room was RIGHT next to the elevator so it got a little loud at random times during the night and in the early morning. The rooms are TINY but a private bathroom is always a perk in European hotels. The evening 11pm-5am front desk person was the kindest man I’ve ever spoken to. Overall great! 9/10"
