"I arrived with no one on the property, the doors locked, and a sign stating "sold out" when I had already booked the room. I had 2 small children with me and there were groups of what looked like gangs in the parking lot. I called and the staff stated the hotel was overbooked by Expedia and there was nothing they could do. It took me weeks to get my money back even though I never stayed. "
