The hotel pics on the app are very different from what the hotel actually looks like. It’s dark and under renovations The hotel smells There was a man sleeping in the lobby at 12 am No security guard on duty. The rooms were smelly moldy Had to change rooms upon arrival. We were Catfished!

Shower was dirty. It wasn’t cleaned at all … Hair all over the walls in the shower .. Dried up wash cloths hanging in the shower when we got there .. bug or roach looking bug inside of the microwave.. hall way was smelly . Staff friendly .. room ok overall

It says it’s renovated but it’s lipstick on a pig. The fridge didn’t work, didn’t have hot water the entire stay and there were cockroaches! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The property was under construction. Check in was terrible only one person knew what they were doing at the front desk- she was great. There was another gentleman there that had zero clue what was going on and was holding up the check in process. Rooms were ok- nothing great. You get what you pay for I guess. We stayed for only one night our flight came in at 9:30pm and we left early the next morning so it served its purpose but I would not sty again.

Horrendous check in experience...hotel was overbooked and computer system went down twice. Took 40 minutes to check in. I called to confirm 2 days prior that both book rooms be near each other and on first or second floor. Finally got one room on second floor and other on fifth floor.

We did not end up staying at this hotel. We entered our room and there were at least six cockroaches climbing up the wall. We went back to the front desk,and left the hotel. The lady working the front desk was extremely friendly and sympathetic, and refunded our money, but this hotel needs to do a deep deep clean before they should be hosting any guests.

Restroom in hotel had mold. Ac in room had mold. bathroom had a used towel and tub was still dirty. Lobby was sooo nasty, lobby is a hazard all plug in the lobby were missing with wires coming out. Very unsafe hotel, they gave a customer a copy of my too key so at 12am I had someone (black male) trying to get into my room. Lucky, I had brought my portable lock to lock the door from the inside. I kept calling lobby because I was so terrified a man was going to do things to me. I finally hit the door and told the man I was going to call the police if he didn’t stop. Never ever go to this hotel very unsafe.

When I look at the reviews, it said that you guys had a shuttle, but it did not have a shuttle so I had to pay for a Lyft all the way to the Port Canaveral
