"It was quite serene although we were right next to shopping and restaurants. The sun hitting the mountains at sunset while relaxing in the hot tub was amazing. The pool was heated and just a few steps down you were at Oak Creek. Valet was included and they would drive you up the hill for shopping and eating. Room service was so good! They also called ahead of time to see if we were celebrating something special. All staff were super friendly. The spa service was excellent, however they only have a sauna as their additional amenity, but the relaxation room was nice and had drinks and snacks. They also provided whatever you’d need to clean up with and get ready after as well. They have special packages if you book directly with them, that you should check out, but the Expedia pricing was great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The accessible room was perfect for my semi disabled husband and I. The bathroom was huge and the curdles shower was great, except for the water that ran out and had to mopped up. It was a lovely room, with a kitchen fully equipped and even a washer/dryer! We were able to park right outside the room and the pool and spa were right there! I told the front desk that the ceiling fan in the bedroom needed adjusting and some of the can lights were burnt out. The price of the room was worth the detour on our way home. I would come back! "

"We chose a room with a king bed. It had a desk with a couple of chairs, a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and offered menus from nearby restaurants. Randall's was awesome for breakfast. We ate there 3 times! Manzanita Restaurant in nearby Cornville was excellent for dinner!"

"Not the hotel’s fault, but I’m disappointed in that one price is quoted for the room, then when you get there, they have added this fee and that fee and the other fee… makes me crazy!"
