"Very unique with the fire pit outdoors altho we didn’t get to enjoy. Looked very inviting. We COULD hear the tv from the room next to us, pretty loud but went off at a reasonable hour. We asked for a few extra pillows which were brought up right away. Perfect for us as well as two other couples who enjoyed their stay. Would highly recommend this hotel!! 5 stars Cottonwood is a very unique small town. Enjoyed all"

"This place was more than I expected it to be. Staff was very friendly and timely with needed resupplying of requested items. Great night viewing of the stars. I would have liked the fireplace to do more than just look good though. It got rather chilly at night and that as a heater would have been great. The stairs were a little tricky, as it was snowing on the day I had to carry all the luggage up the steep staircases. Overall it was a fantastic trip experience "
