"The location was great if you want to be right on Copacabana beach. The beach view from the room was beautiful too. The staff at the pool were great and the food we ordered for lunch while on the roof was also great. The actual room was not as clean or as modern as I was expecting. But it was still a fine overall experience. We enjoyed getting a drink on the rooftop each night before going to dinner."

"This will go down as one of the best properties we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at plenty across the world. It was even rated as one of the best places to stay in the world by Forbes in 2023. I have already started to look at the MGallery properties and am looking to stay with them as much as possible. So happy we ended our trip here!"

"The hotel is up the hill away from the madness of the beach and downtown areas, but still a 15 minute walk to the heart of Gavea and a 15 minute cab ride (download Uber or app called "99" before you go!) to Ipanema and Leblon. Everyone at the hotel is friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning is superb, especially when the monkeys come and join you. The pool is small but the hot tub is great (you have to ask them to heat it up 40 minutes in advance, though, and they shut it down...
