"Overall a great stay. The staff were excellent at every interaction. The rooms was modern and clean. We requested a kingsize bed but ended up with two singles, this would have been ok, but they were on wheels and kept rolling apart and they had completely separate bedding instead of combining as a double. The TV entertainment system was poor. Most channels and apps didn't work."

I think the price per night is incredibly reasonable and if I were to return to Salou again, I would definitely consider staying here again. Lovely rooftop area with jacuzzis, pool and jacuzzis were on the cooler side as not heated but found it very refreshing after a long day at the beach"

"Came the 5th may Had my 5 year old Daughter very safe for her but the POOLS were FREEZING did not want to spend a lot of time in the pool at this time of year which is a shame cause all a child wants to do is play about in a pool Also didn’t think there was a lot going on for kiddies through the day no kinda Kids club "

"We enjoyed our three day stay. The hotel hosted evening activities for kids which was a plus. The unlimited access to Port Aventura was also nice since you can step out of premises to eat at your hotel or in town (25 min walk) by the beach. Overall, great place and experience that I would repeat. "

"Being out of season the hotel was very quiet and only one pool open. However the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We were full board and whilst only the main restaurant was open all our food was cooked fresh for us. We were very well looked after and enjoyed our stay."

"Very positive review coming. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s. Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident. Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round. Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. "The hotel was quite quiet during the day, it seems most people were in the parks, this meant not much choice for food or drinks in hotel during the day. But loved the connection to the parks and being able to walk just 15mins to be in Portaventura, but also option to walk to the beach in around 15minutes too. Best Portaventura hotel in terms of distance from beach. Best of both worlds. "
