I had accidentally booked for one person instead of three but Samantha and all the staff team were so helpful and kind in rectifing my mistake and made us feel at ease straight away. "Needs a bit more effort to become a four star hotel. For example, the bathroom was not a four. More interesting fruit at breakfast would be a simple improvement. Staff generally efficient but on the cold side, especially the non-Spanish. The bar is very cheap and where to find the most friendly and smiley staff. Excellent location in centre near everything."
