"Excellent position/location but house is a little tired and wasn't very clean when we arrived. Pool is pleasantly bigger than usual domestic size but needs a bit of TLC. Only the master bedroom is air conditioned; the others share a unit in the hallway which works OK- just. Overall a super holiday home. "

In dieser Konstellation war die Villa mit dem Pool, dem angrenzenden Tennis/Padelplatz mit Flutlicht, der Tischtennisplatte, dem Billard- und Air Hockey-Tisch super für die Bedürfnisse der Gäste ausgestattet. Es gab genügend Schattenplätze zum Sitzen und sich aufhalten. Nicht so toll sind in dem Haus die Bäder und 16 Personen können dort nicht vernünftig schlafen. "Our stay in Sitges was a delight and our villa was a highlight of our say. We made great use of the outdoor area and pool day and evening - a great place to hang out and chat, take in the view, and cool off in the pool. The location is a 15-30 min walk away from markets, stores and restaurants - easily walkable to most everything if you don’t have a car. The host Josep was very responsive when we had questions or needs. We would definitely stay there again!"

Initial mess with check in was related to the fact I never got an email supposedly sent to me 2 weeks earlier, than the person responsible for delivery ofbthe keys did not speak any English, on top of that she insisted that one gate was open, when actually was locked...finally someone from the street helped us. "Highly recommend this holiday home. Myself and a group of friends hired Villa Maria for a birthday celebration and the place is beautiful. Very spacious both indoors and outdoors, very clean pool and a very well equipped kitchen. The property managers were very friendly and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp, and would always reply promptly to any queries.10/10!"
