"For a VIP hotel and us having reserved a junior suite, we were disappointed that only one 330ml tin of water was provided in our room. We had to purchase extra water. The next day, however, we were given 4 tins of water. Suggest bringing a flashlight or using the light on your phone when having dinner or drinks in the dimly lit restaurant-bar on the 23rd floor."

"This hotel has been created in several old buildings and has lots of character. The room was very modern in style and gave us room to relax as well as a very comfortable bed. The bathroom included a freestanding bath as well as a shower recess. Breakfast was provided in a box with plenty of options included while an excellent coffee was brewed by staff. We enjoyed three days there exploring the winding streets through the gothic area. There was plenty to see and lots of shopping and restaurants...
