"This is a beautiful hotel with perfect views and stylish decor. We had a junior suite, which was very spacious. The large bathroom and huge balcony were also really lovely. The lobby staff and bartenders were also excellent. I did have a few suggestions, though. 1. The pillows are horribly uncomfortable. Upgrading them would have made sleeping so much nicer. 2. The massage therapist was on holiday during my stay, which was disappointing. Maybe consider employing two therapists since the hotel...

"We had a room with the balcony looking out onto the beach. Room was comfortable and well set up. We parked - they have their car park close by - but not at the hotel - know this before you arrive because my phone tried to take me to the other side of the river and tell me to walk to the hotel. We didn’t bring the correct travel plug - but the lady at reception was really helpful and I borrowed one for our stay. Lots of eateries nearby as you walk along the boardwalk. "The receptionist was impressively professional and helpful. She spoke Russian to the Russian guest ahead of us, then smoothly switched to English for us, the Spanish for the next. Check in was easy, the room was nice, and our stay was wonderful."

"Came the 5th may Had my 5 year old Daughter very safe for her but the POOLS were FREEZING did not want to spend a lot of time in the pool at this time of year which is a shame cause all a child wants to do is play about in a pool Also didn’t think there was a lot going on for kiddies through the day no kinda Kids club "
