"We arrived at the hotel shortly after 8pm in a mega rain storm..... and we couldn't get in. We buzzed, we yelled and knocked, we called 3 times, and there was no one to recieve us. We stood there for almost 30 mins, in a downpour, in front of the door, and it was terrible. We paid over 100usd and I am livid! We have called more than a dozen times and no answer. I am demanding a refund, and a way for the hotel to make this terrible experience correct."

"The place is great! Cozy decoration, clean, comfortable, welcoming. They let you get whatever they have in the refrigerator and the paymento method is based on what you declare! It's a pretty cool place. Staff is super! Location very convenient; few minutes by car to the beach and lagoon. "
