"It was a one night stay as I was visiting the Llangollen Railway. The hotel is easily found as it's right in the middle of Corwen and within walking distance of all of the towns amenities. It has it's own parking. I checked in around 5pm which was an easy process and everything needed to know was explained. The lady at the reception desk was very polite and efficient. My room was on the first floor at the front with the main street right outside. My immediate concern was possibly traffic noise but I needn't have worried as there was some excellent secondary double glazing. It was surprisingly quiet. The room wasn't big but it had everything, a good TV, a neat shower room/toilet and tea making facilities. The bed was a firmer type but very comfortable and I slept extremely well. Breakfast was of the continental 'help yourself ' type and had a wide choice. It's obviously a popular hotel as there were a lot of people having breakfast. I felt my stay was good value and would certainly stay there again."

"Great stay. We were glad we got a train, as it looked difficult to get a parking space if you arrived around 3pm for check-in! The pool was amazing and we really enjoyed it! Was the best part of the hotel. The beds were also very comfy"
