"A hotel in NYC with (limited) on-site parking included. Brilliant. The room was comfortable, and we got a kick out of the 'museum eclectic' aesthetic of the lobby. The hotel is next to a freeway, and NYC famously 'never sleeps', so it was a bit on the noisy side, but not overly so."

" First impressions, the staff at the main desk were excellent. The property could use little clean up outside when I booked the hotel, I didn’t know they were gonna charge me $44 to valet my car, but I do recommend the hotel strongly."

"I recently had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Grand Central in New York City. From the moment I arrived, Shannon was warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and answering all my questions about nearby attractions. The room was spacious and spotless with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore nearby sights, and their on-site market sold items that made it easy to not have to walk a few blocks to another store. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I’d highly recommend Hyatt Grand Central for anyone visiting NYC."
