The rooms were outdated and the bed was hard. Morning staff was very nice and spoke a little English which was helpful. The plus side, right near the beach. The outside of the hotel look brand new while the rooms and hallways are being renovated and look spooky.

A good hotel option if you just want a clean, comfortable hotel just a minute’s walk from Copacabana beach. A number of dining options within minutes walk. Helpful staff.

The hotel is very good: nice staff; great breakfast; big, comfortable, clean and big rooms. However, it is not a 4-star hotel, it misses more services and amenities like a pool and a gym, and more attention to detail (lots of unfinished works around the hotel and some small repairs needed in the room to be worth 4 stars.

Seems they are in the process of renovating. Unfortunately that means it was quite loud too early. The room was just adequate. The breakfast was just okay. Good location tho.

The room was extremely small and we were put on the 11 floor, which was still being renovated. We asked three time to move rooms, but the staff had only one person who could speak English. We asked after the new years rush to be moved again, to no avail. We walked in the Hilton and booked the rest of the vacation there. When we returned to check out and there was a lady complaining about the same thing we have said. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
