"After a long haul flight arrived at the hotel at 8am but check in was not available. Staff said come at 12pm and then 2pm but check in was done at 3pm. Staff not very helpful. Did not respond to emails before arrival date. Hotel is on a busy noisy street, windows are not double glazed. No coffee or tea facilities in room. Limited hangers. Overall hotel was basic quality. Hotel was in a good location. Breakfast had a good choice."

"Staff got me a room at 11am on the day of check in, way earlier than the regular check in time, that is awesome because I needed some sleep from a redeye flight. I checked out at 12pm but stored my luggage and they have shower facility for a fee of less than US$3 which is very inexpensive. The breakfast was awesome, so much selection in the buffet.
