"Always a pleasure staying here. A big thank you to Shane on reception for making us feel special, again. The room was lovely and clean, spacious, no noise, nice tea and coffee, great bath towels and toiletries, delicious breakfast (fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, cold meats, cheese, hot food: sausages, beans, eggs, bacon), juices, ... A lovely gorgeous salmon and veg dinner that evening in the lobster restaurant. We truly feel at home, welcome and very happy whenever we stay here. Since I've got 2 teenagers, a boy and a girl, i usually book the family room (two connecting rooms) which leaves everyone happy. "

"We stayed at Thistle Heathrow T5 for one night before our flight the next day. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the Aviator bar and restaurant has great views of the runway. The Heathrow Pods make it really easy to travel to and from the airport to the hotel and are lots of fun! My only criticism of the hotel is the extortionate prices in the little shop by the entrance."
