"We came for 2 nights to do the Cardiff Xmass markets. It was a really comfortable room on the 14th floor with an outstanding view. The room did have signs of wear and tear but it was clean and smart and the bathroom was luxurious. We had dinner on the first night in the restaurant and the food was fresh, hot and tasty although the menu was a little likited for our tastes. The pool and hot tub were a lovely extra in a city. We also liked its proximity to the city centre, a 5 min walk. "

"Lifts can be annoying as you feel like you are waiting forever and when the doors open it full, this goes on and on in the mornings and it irritated the life out of me.
