"We had a lovely few days stay. Everything you need is in the kitchen, even as far as washing powder. The cottage is old so the stairs creak a bit but thats only to be expected. Beds comfortable as well as the sofas. It is a dog friendly cottage even supplying the dog bowls. The only thing we found is you have to drive to the beach to walk the dog as we didnt feel comfortable walking along the lanes."

It was ideal, we could spend time together but not on top of each other. The cottages were very well equipped, especially as we took turns cooking for each other. "Rose Cottage was beautiful, clean and comfortable and was just what we needed for a short break. Sue the host was lovely and left a pint of milk in the fridge and popped round to put the heating on for us. The cottage had everything we needed and was ideally located for visiting the surrounding area. We had a wonderful break and would definitely return. There was a lovely pub called The Duck at Burtle which was very nice and about 15 mins drive."
