"The best staff ever! Every single staff member I encountered were super friendly and helpful, even just in passing every single staff member asked if everything was good with my stay from the front desk at check in til my last elevator ride for check out. Great hospitality! I WILL absolutely return here on my next stay in Charlotte. Oh yeah. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained of course. But the people made it top notch. Great job! "
