"It was clean and nice cozy hotel. Seemed like an old building but interiors and everything was all renovated. I had no problem with any kind of problem. It was a great stay with professional staffs. "

The only issue we had is that cleaning staff knocked on our door early before required checkout time even though we had our do not disturb sign on the door. I also did not like that we were charged $8 for parking per night. "

"My daughter, two granddaughters and myself drove 3 hours to Charlotte to attend the Southern Christmas Show. We were going to arrive late, so I called to let someone know that we would be be late. Adrian answered and assured me that there was no problem! He said that he would be there until 11 and was looking forward to our visit. When we arrived he greeted us with a smile and efficiently gave us our room assignment! He explained about the parking, breakfast etc. I laughingly told him that I was in a brain fog for being on the road for so long, and repeated his directions about the parking back to him to be sure that I understood. He said " I'll tell you what-- I will meet you on the 5th floor of the parking deck and show exactly where the park". He did just that! He actually beat us up to the parking area and guided us into our parking space like someone at the airport. He was fantastic and did everything with a smile! I can't say enough good things about him. Thank you Adrian for making our stay special! "
