"First the good ... The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good variety of options for people with different dietary needs. The location was convenient to where I needed to be. There was an issue with water in the hallway because another guest had dripped a lot of water from the pool to the elevator, and the staff got that cleaned up quickly after I let them know about it Negatives ... The hallways were hot and uncomfortable (although the room temp was fine). The room was not well soundproofed, so there was a lot of noise from the hallway in the mornings (and being right next to the elevator added to that). The shower took a long time to get to a comfortable temperature - we actually thought there was no hot water at first, but it did warm up part of the way through the shower. Overall, it was a good place and I'd stay there again. I would just ask to be put in a room farther from the elevator."

"I produce a travel television show and visit a lot of hotels. It is rare that I meet such a wonderful team at the front desk and the domestic team is great as well. Lily (the younger sister) is so great. She and her sister are so nice and went out of their way to help and may our stay wonderful. And both young men at the front desk are great too. I was blown away by them all!"
