I encountered a minor issue during check-in. I went back to the front desk and Ashlyn took excellent care of me. The issue was corrected immediately and Ashlyn made everything right. Something that could have been a big problem was made super easy to deal with an handle. Ashlyn went above and beyond, and provided top-notch customer service. I will definitely return to this property!

Upon checking in it took only a moment for someone to come to the counter. The young lady was helpful and got us in a room near an exit like we requested since we had our dogs we wanted to make it easy. Check in was smooth and easy. The room was clean the only two “problems” were the kitchen sink drain wasn’t in properly so it took a bit to drain but we made it work. When we went to make coffee in the am the outlets by the sink did not work, we attempted to reset the GFCI but it wouldn’t reset. Again no biggy we just moved the coffee pot to another outlet. The bed was comfy and made for a good sleep until about 2 am when my husband was awaken from some partygoers that were very loud in the hall. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
