Upon arrival I was greeted by the young lady at the desk who was obviously very tired. However, she was bright and made me laugh, very polite and i was able to get, my room super quick, we will stay here again because when she was checking me in I felt like i was her only care in the world.

There was no phone in our room, even when we requested for it multiple times, still none. They kept saying maintenance will bring it. Nothing. And the towels were terrible. But manageable. Other than that, everything else was okay.

This property esthetics was ok, but the cleanliness and smell made my visit a very uncomfortable experience! The last thing you want to see is obvious dirt anywhere that you choose to lay your head, and to top it off with a smell of dirt, and mold. The was dirt was seen on the carpet in the room and also in the bathroom. I had to go to buy extra disinfectant sprays, and Oder eliminates which made it bearable ! The lighting in the room and hallways were dimmed and dingy looking. I was very disappointed with this property that really has potential but lack simple TLC! Good note…. The staff was friendly and customer centric that I encountered.

I honestly was conflicted when booking this… but glad I did… the kids enjoyed our stay… the breakfast was great… only complaint was there was a block on every channel but once I got the code we watched everything….
