I booked a room that said 2 queen beds and a “double sofa bed”. We got to the room and it was 2 queen beds and a chair. I called the front desk and Sarah said that if we want a pull out couch, we would have to get a room with one King but would have to wait until the next day to see if they had any available because they were completely booked. I told her I would need a double queen and a Sofa bed but she said they don’t have any rooms like that. I called Expedia to try to get a refund to use at a different hotel because I have a family of 5. Expedia called Sara and she told them that we do have a pull out sofa bed. I had to then call her again so I could clarify and she back tracked and said if I do have a pull out couch then maybe I’m doing it wrong and she doesn’t have maintenance to show me how to do it. I felt lied to and Sarah seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered to do her job. She was on her phone when we came in and she didn’t tell me when breakfast was, I didn’t know if there was a password to the WiFi, and she told me to put my card in the card reader without letting me know how much would be put on hold. She told my husband we could talk to a manager the next day which was Sunday. The next day he went to talk to the man at the front desk and he let him know that managers are not available on weekends but he was great and moved us to the room I originally paid for.

Only complaint. Room service. Stayed two nights. Upon checking into the room it was excellent. Next day, room service made the bed, cleaned both sinks. They did not empty the trash cans or leave us fresh coffee supplies. Minor, I know, but attrition to detail, even the little things leave lasting impression. Would we stay there again, Yes. A major plus was your fantastic mid day desk clerk. She could not have been more cheerful or helpful.

The hotel overall was a good experience. We couldn’t check into our room until 530 so they upgraded us to a suite for the inconvenience. The room was nice. The sofa/sectional was a little uncomfortable, but the bed was comfortable.

Overall our stay was ok. There are some issues we had and we do not feel they were addressed appropriately. No linens for sofa bed, luckily we brought a kids blanket. 2nd night only gave a duvet cover to use on sofa bed. Employees working breakfast were not friendly at all & wouldn’t give us a couple butters since it was couple minutes after breakfast was over & they were cleaning off counters with food. The pool area was great & clean!

My family and I are disappointed in this hotel. Before booking this room, I read reviews about the hotel having moldy sheets on the bed. Upon reading these reviews, I assumed these were isolated incidents. However, during my visit, we found that our beds had been made with mold-infested sheets too. If you open the window and then look under the comforter, you will surely see the mold. The hotel staff is surely aware of this issue, but I can't believe they don't value their patrons enough to fix this issue indefinitely. There were some good aspects of this hotel, but sadly the moldy sheets overshadowed our stay.

Amazing. Surprised the hotel has been there since 2017 and I’ve never known . This is the only hotel I will stay at from now on when in Texas. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Safe , clean area! What I loved most is that there was no weed smell anywhere! Top tier . Definitely will be staying again
