We assumed the room would be tidied (waste cans emptied, towels exchanged, etc.) daily. We weren't aware we had to make a call to request each service. After we were aware, the request from our call was misplaced."

"Clean enough for a budget place. Some things are kinda weird. I’ve stayed multiple times and there’s a wall scones light, with a floor lamp right below it. The room I was in this time the chair was partially blocking the entrance. Sheets are clean, bathrooms clean although the shower pans are extremely stained and dingy looking. Pretty much every time I’m here I find long black head hairs stuck to the towels. (Maybe have the laundry people wear hair nets) "
