"This is my first time with Vrbo and had a bad experience. I contacted the owner 3/4 days prior to my stay for an early arrival. The owner told me to contact the property directly, which I did. She told me was going to place me on waiting list and to contact the property the morning of 8.23.24 @ 726 am and I did and left a message on their voice mail and my call was never returned. "Fantastic property in the perfect location in the Grove. Located in the gorgeous Arya Hotel, this little gem is a well appointed classy experience best suited for relaxing and exploring the surrounding area on foot or via wheels of any sort. Within walking distance of many fine shops and eateries. The front desk even stores luggage prior to check in and after check out. An overall wonderful experience"

"The property was great and perfect to walk the Marina or into the village for coffee, breakfast, dinner and drinks. The place was well equipped for our stay for coffee, light snacks. It could use an indoor seating area so the bed is not the only option, fortunately the weather was lovely so we used the balcony with a beautiful view"

"Stayed at the property 2 years ago. Little trouble with check on, but not bad. Booked the same unit as last time. Check in time 4pm. We arrived at 4:30. Not check in information provided before arrival. Contacted host VRBO message app and called. No answer. Went to unit to see if door was unlocked with instructions inside. Someone was staying in the unit already. Luckily maintenance man was on site and helped get a hold of host and moved us to another unit. Love the location of the property....
