Great beach chairs, beach cart, everything you need! SUPER convenient to NUMEROUS restaurants/bars, short walk to historic Cocoa Beach & 1 block off the ocean - easy stroll. Will definitely be back!"

"Tiny Cottage, south of Cocoa Beach's downtown and the Kennedy Space Center and north of Turkey Creek Preserve and St. Sebastian Preserve State Park, is perfectly located for exploration of the Space Coast. We would stay there again for a similar trip. An easy walk to beautiful Tables Beach and a space to store our kayak trailer added to the convenience. "This was one of the best VRBO experiences. The place is appointed as if the owner lives there. And the owner, Debra, went above and beyond. She texted me the morning of our first day to say the cleaners finished early so feel free to check in early. She also let us check out late as long as the place was not booked. "This was the nicest and best outfitted rental I’ve had. Tons of little extras that normally come with surcharges. Owner was available by text and was like a concierge and had lots of advice for kids. She allowed us a late checkout so we could finish a video conference which helped us immensely. A lightbulb was burnt out which wasn’t a problem so I mentioned it to her and she sent bulbs via a courier service. I hope they keep increasing holdings because we would exclusively rent from them. "

"The location was awesome! Just a short walk to the beach yet private and quiet. This house had all the amenities you could ever ask for the tea and coffee. Bar were fabulous, the fire pit was wonderful on the cooler evenings, there were plenty of blankets and towels For the beach as well as a wagon to transport them. The hosts thought of everything!
