"We had a lovey stay! Booked the trip to dip a day at the space center and a day at the beach! Easy to access both. The main drag that you have to cross to get to the beach is a little dangerous, especially if you have little ones. But there’s public parking right at the beach access and there’s also a crosswalk not too far from the house. The house is very clean and all the things we needed to cook. All in all a great stay."

"A very quick stay, just overnight, but enjoyed every minute of it. Cute little house. Has everything you could possibly need. Great location. Walking distance to the beach and pier. I would definitely stay here again."

"This is our third year staying at this lovely condo. The place is very comfy, including the California king size beds. It’s a great place to see rocket launchers given that Titusville is the closest town to Kennedy Space Center. We look forward to coming back next year. "

"Loved the 60s style home. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. The rugs appeared stained but I’m sure it’s hard to keep lighter rugs clean with various guests tracking in. We didn’t really use the kitchen but everything we needed was provided. Great place to stay before a cruise."

"This location is close to shopping, the beach, ice cream/food, and groceries, all while being in a seemingly quiet neighborhood. We didn’t get to use the pool due to the weather, but it looked well maintained. The property manager was very easy to contact and they replied in a very kind and timely manner. "

"First of all,Cathy, the property manager, was excellent. She always answered questions quickly. The property is terrific. It is so close to the beach and the Cocoa Beach pier where we really enjoyed watching the surfers. The property was clean and easily accommodated our family of 11 ages from 66 to 1. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs and pool floats. This trip at Christmas time, yes, Santa found us, was perfect and will provide wonderful family...
