"We had a room with two queen bed reserved--there were 4 travellers. When we arrived they said they overbooked and had to change to a room with 1 bed and they would provide a roll away. This was unacceptable. The rollaway was awful and my husband had to sleep on the floor. They overbooked and we had no alternative."
