"From check in to check out we had a wonderful time ! A grand breakfast buffett and even complimentary dinners but we weren't able to take advantage of that as we made other dinner plans. Our room in the tower was incredible looking right at Table Mountain and they even light it up at night ! Easy to get around with Uber Black ...great location "

"The rooms are very well appointed, large and very clean. The staff are fantastic. Jason, the shift manager went above and beyond to assist me when I became ill at the end of my visit. He and his staff ensured that I had every single thing I needed to be comfortable as I recovered. Rozen was a joy to engage with at breakfast each morning. This is a wonderful property within walking distance to the Victoria Wharf. I'm excited to stay at this property during future visits to Cape Town. "

"We had a wonderful time! However; there are a few issues that prevents me from giving 5 stars. The AC wasn’t working properly therefore our room was hot. The parking situation to get to and from the rooftop was quite a task, the parking elevator was not working; there was black stuff between the tiles in the shower- a little bleach would take care of that and finally the food on the 2nd floor was somewhat subpar. Nonetheless; the was wonderful and professional at all times. Special shoutout to the group at the pool bar. The location of the hotel is great and we really appreciate the recommendations that were given to us- we visited almost all of them. We had a wonderful time; if it weren’t for those minor issues ; I wouldn’t hesitate to give 5 stars. "

"This hotel is located in a center of the Cape Town and easy driving access to any of the tourist attraction. Lobby receptionist was very nice and polite and professional even it said she was still in training. It was a large room and very comfortable. View of the Table Mountains from the room window was also great. Staff at the breakfast restaurant was all great, very friendly to our 2 and half year old daughter. We would like to visit this hotel again."
