"I paid for Superior Apartment and was checked into a standard apartment which was very discouraging till I managed to realized I was in the wrong apartment, then I screamed at the management. That was very heart breaking after paying so much. "

"The Grey was great. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Lovely room - No 4 with terrace with views of Table Mountain. Bathroom compact but large shower with good water pressure. Located at top of a hill so be prepared for walk back up after a day sight seeing."

"This hotel is located in a center of the Cape Town and easy driving access to any of the tourist attraction. Lobby receptionist was very nice and polite and professional even it said she was still in training. It was a large room and very comfortable. View of the Table Mountains from the room window was also great. Staff at the breakfast restaurant was all great, very friendly to our 2 and half year old daughter. We would like to visit this hotel again."
