Yes, there is music well into the night, but that didn't bother us at all, as we were aware of such beforehand .... just part of the street atmosphere. "I stayed at the BlackBrick Cape Town for two weeks, which made it possible to interact a lot with staff and get an impression of the surroundings. The hotel is clean and quiet. I was upgraded to one of the larger 9th floor apartments with a small balcony. The room was comfortable and kept very neat by housekeeping staff. The desk staff downstairs were always polite and courteous and helped me with everything I needed. Beyond the room, I didn't make use of the other facilities beyond the rooftop...
