Very good property, in the center of Cape Town, a walking distance to the fabulous Bree Street and the V&A waterfront. Property is clean and well-maintained giving luxury vibes. Take the 1-bedroom apartment with a view. Well worth it. I stayed in room 2328. Excellent value for money.

The staff is absolutely terrible and made our stay here absolutely horrible. We came here, got engaged, and this hotel was the worst place to celebrate. It takes an act of god to get upstairs to your room and you have to beg them practically and get on your hands and knees in order to receive the bare minimum of clean sheets and clean towels. Staff is unprofessional and disrespectful to guests and could not say enough terrible things about this place.

It was a most horrible experience, my passport was locked in the safe, they took 3 days to open it, they did not cleaned daily neither did they replace the towels, coffee or sugar daily. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

Safe and sound high rise building of a hotel
Safe and comfortable. Always security and staff around. A bit disappointed on television as theirs only one channel. Also very clean and middle of the city, so most things are walkable distance

Nice stay! The rooms were small but confortable. We waited a little to check in and the access for the gym and the pool is via another building during the construction of a tunnel. The security is good to access the hotel. Otherwise the hotel is clean and well located. About 15 minutes walk from the waterfront.

I have already commented and I got a half hearted apology email from a Siyanda there not addressing anything that happened during my stay but only saying they would do better next time. I have stayed here at least 4 other times and I do not think I will be back not only from the many things that happened that night but also the robotic half hearted response from the person I mentioned earlier.

Great location but NOISY guests
Excellent location, close to CTICC and Waterfront. Room is great. Guests use this hotel as a all night party venue. Most nights the party stopped at 5 am. Doors slamming. Other guests walking with pajamas in reception. Such a shame for such a great property.
