"The handsome boy who checked me in was very helpful and kind. The beautiful lady or checked me out was also pleasant! The chef and coffee maker was so cool and I will def be coming back in a couple of weeks because hotel was safe, room was nice bed was very comfortable and it’s right next to metro. "I would say this hotel is adequate. Not terrible or amazing, just ok. I didn’t expect it to be anything particularly special for the price, but a few things were disappointing. Firstly, there was no air con, which was pretty horrendous in the sweltering temperatures. "Genuinely, was shocked at the bad reviews for this place. Hotel Artis was the BEST experience in Rome. SUPER short walk to the Metro Station which can get you to anywhere in Rome in minutes, great staff (who speak at least two languages), great coffee, spritzes and more. Hotel Artis is the SPOT!"
