"Everything was perfect, from being able to check in a bit early after a long flight, to being able to relax before heading to our next destination. Staff went above and beyond. Front desk staff was always available to help and answer questions. One of the managers made sure to greet us to make sure everything went well. Breakfast had many options for me, someone who has many restrictions on food. Room was very clean and had lots of room for me and my son. "

"The hotel was near the Rome Termini train station, which we used for day trips to Tuscany and Florence. It was a 20 min walk to Tevin fountain and the Coliseum. We used the Artemis’s as a home base for 8 days. The breakfast buffet was full of eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, cappuccino, American coffee, and juices. The only concern were the bathtubs. We had to ask for a bath at for our 88 year old father. It was a struggle for him and they didn’t have anything to hold onto. "

"Adam L is fantastic. The hotel gave us one day free breakfast. Room is spacious and clean. Great location, too. Suggest the hotel using less plastic, it looks unnecessary to use plastic bags to wrap each plastic cup and glass, as well as sleeping gowns etc. This is not environmental friendly. Also, not sure why the housekeeper used strong scent around the area of the bed and wardrobe (need to cover something?), I felt I wanted to votmit everytime I was close there. Luckily the room window could be open wide for circulation."
