"Genuinely, was shocked at the bad reviews for this place. Hotel Artis was the BEST experience in Rome. SUPER short walk to the Metro Station which can get you to anywhere in Rome in minutes, great staff (who speak at least two languages), great coffee, spritzes and more. Hotel Artis is the SPOT!"

"Mariah was a good host. She welcomed us and guided us with all possible routes and late running transport. Room was clean and spacious. WiFi has a good network. Toilet and shower room was small but this can be compromised for few nights stay. Metro was 3 minutes walk away. Breakfast was only pastries, any hot options would be better.
