"I would say this hotel is adequate. Not terrible or amazing, just ok. I didn’t expect it to be anything particularly special for the price, but a few things were disappointing. Firstly, there was no air con, which was pretty horrendous in the sweltering temperatures. Other let downs in the room were: no kettle/coffee making facilities, no soap etc on the first night (we did get them after that though), and, despite being a double room, it was actually two single beds pushed together. "The handsome boy who checked me in was very helpful and kind. The beautiful lady or checked me out was also pleasant! The chef and coffee maker was so cool and I will def be coming back in a couple of weeks because hotel was safe, room was nice bed was very comfortable and it’s right next to metro. "I tought i was booking a hotel but it is an appartment. Rooms where very clean but there is only one bathroom for all four rooms. No hot water, we had to leave and go to an actual hotel. "

"The property is not near of the center but is close (2 min walking) of the subway that cross all the main atractions such as Coliseum, Vatican, Trevi Fountain among others. So it is easy and not so complicated to reach them."

"Antonella is a great host, very helpful and welcoming. Location is perfect, a few steps from bus stop to and from airport Ciampino and metro Subaugusta to get to city centre. Room was lovely, comes with any comfort and makes you feel like at home. Breakfast included was very much appreciated. Would recommend and definitely choose again in the future"
