"Good option for an early flight the next day from Madrid. Would be better if the shuttle service was more frequent. Got an Uber when we arrived, rather than wait 45 minutes for a pick up (€17) and booked the shuttle for the next morning back to the airport, which was great and on time. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. No issues or problems at all"

"This hotel is in a superb location. You have Atocha train station on the other side of the roundabout. A massive park just across the street. Three of the best art museums in the world surround the hotel. Shopping and great restaurants/nightlife just outside the door. Oh, and the hotel is great too. I was in a room on the seventh floor that had a balcony. Very comfortable room. Only issue was the shower leaked water outside onto the floor. This happens in many hotels. I was given one of the nicer rooms but with twin beds, I asked her to switch me to a room with a queen/king bed and she informed me that none of the superior rooms were available but would move me to a different room and would advise me when another supervisor room would be available.
