"The hotel offers a shuttle service that picks you up from the train station, which is convenient. However, it doesn’t provide any guidance for visiting Mount Fuji, so we had to navigate on our own using the Hakone Travel Pass. It would have been much easier if there had been a tour guide or tourist bus that took us directly, even if we had to pay for it.
