"Very spacious room. Hotel is clean and well kept. BONUS, you have a view of Mt. Fuji from your Balcony. The shops around the area are pricy but a 5 min walk will get you to the more affordable shops. Its close to the train station, I suggest using the overpass as it connects to everything. Tachikawa is underrated location, Its location is central to Tokyo and Day trip areas. "

"I have visited Japan 5 times now and this hotel is by far the best! The rooms are spacious, very nice and so clean. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms get cleaned every day. The breakfast was also incredible!"

"My only requirement was to have a hotel close to Tachikawa station, and you can’t get much closer than this one. The room was comfortable and clean and it was a great deal. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Very convenient location, close to Hachioji station and shops. My room was modern and comfortable with a large, comfortable queen bed. This is Tokyo, so the bed took up most of the room, but there was also a desk and a large window ledge where the TV, glasses and tea kettle were placed. The staff were friendly and helpful and I felt very welcome and safe here."

"I stayed with R&B Hachioji for 1 night. In my short stay, it is a clean and convenient place, with easy access to the nearby Keio-Hachioji and the main Hachioji station, both are within walkable distances of 3 and 8 minutes respectively. For a reasonable price, u get a comfortable bed, an en-suite shower and boiling kettle. Highly recommended!"

"The staff was extremely helpful during our stay. We had trouble with our first room having a water leak and they helped us move to a second room. "We went with a tour and they booked us at this hotel so that was how we came to know this hotel. We were traveling to several cities but need to come back to Tokyo for 1 night before flying home plus we need to leave our bigger suitcases here while we moved around by train, for convenience. We like the hotel because of convenience, near shopping and Shinjuku station. Pricey compared with other hotels in Osaka, Kyoto ext."

"It was really close to the Metro Government Building and 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station. You could also walk underground to the station if it’s raining outside but it took us 3 days to figure out how to walk back to the hotel underground. Last day, we finally figured it out. The twin beds room was small and we couldn’t open our luggage on the floor. We had to put it on our bed to get to our luggages. We were only there 5 days so it was fine just for sleep. Very clean, staff spoke English, very helpful and friendly. The area was great and close to everything. "
