"Booked a two bedroom Japanese suite for 6 adults and it was pleasantly spacious enough to accommodate. My only feedback would be that the kitchen is quite small, however I believe that the area that would have been utilised for the kitchen has been allocated to the tatami room. There was storage for suitcases which was very practical for those staying in the tatami room. The main washroom was spacious with double vanity. Walking distance to main asakusa area was great. "Nice quiet area. Nice to have the extra room traveling with family. A bit of a walk (15 min) to a nearby train station if you are wanting to train anywhere. Lots of places to eat nearby. 24 hour convenience store across the street which is handy. 4 night stay and in suite laundry made this a wonderful stay. "

"Our room had a view of Skytree which I specifically picked. I loved this hotel and area. Breakfast buffet was a good price for 1,800 yen. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We had it a few times during our 8-night stay. Skytree is just a very short walking distance away, with all the shopping and restaurants. Oshiage station is next door. PJ is provided and fresh towels are provided daily. Trash picked up daily. There’s scheduled normal cleaning a few days into arrival. Front desk was a great help...

"had a week long stay visiting family - this space had a flying bug problem, weird smells in the shower area, noisy children running and screaming upstairs until 4am with very very thin walls, stale cigarette smoke smell, thermostat didn’t work so the space was cold at night (read instructions carefully and nothing worked). only pros were the size of the space and the neighborhood."

"The Kaika hotel was very unique and interesting. We liked the art displays. The room was small, but well laid out. we LOVED the bathroom, the combined shower/bath room was so great. And the beds were very comfortable! The breakfast downstairs was disappointing and very expensive. We did enjoy the lattes and juice though. The windows in the rooms did not open, which surprised us. So the rooms were very stuffy overnight. And the air intake vents were very dirty, they had a thick layer of dust...
