We got the Japanese style room which was spacious and comfortable. The property was close to transport and very walkable to the areas we wanted to visit. I did see a couple of stains on the sheets which I tried to not think about! But overall the room was clean, staff were very helpful. Housekeeping were very lovely and helpful.

Our party of three loved this hotel. Close to the river and a grocery store right across the street. The hotel provided breakfast at the restaurant on the 1st floor. Staff is very accommodating and are English speaking. Did the public bath twice. Trains are just a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel depending on the line. Good restaurant selection but not a huge shopping district (which as fine for us). It was nice to stay in a quieter part of the city. Would highly recommend!

Great hotel stay for our family of 5. Friendly helpful staff. Good location close to train line. Awesome family mart short walk away. Daily housekeeping provided fresh towels and bottled water. Excellent for our stay, front desk staff was helpful, clean, organized, convenient, breakfast at the coffee shop was also good, but limited in selection. Also closed to the train station was a big plus and appreciate the luggage storage for our early arrival
