"Arrived very late, flight delays and then a road closure forcing a substantial detour. Thankfully my room card had been left out with a useful note and I was able to access the room. It was cold, no curtains, and couldn't figure out the heating but the bed was warm and that was all I cared about! Shower okay in the morning, Job done. Thanks."

The room and building could do with redecorating but that didn’t affect my stay. Check in and out was easy and staff / owner friendly and helpful. The room was nicely stocked with amenities, and staff were eager to please by replacing everything on a daily basis. The bed/linens were clean and comfortable. "We had a great stay at this new apart-hotel in a quiet yet up and coming area of London! Staff was very nice and accommodating allowing us to check in early. Our room was small but clean and had everything we could need. We especially loved the large 12th floor common area and gym. Great views of new towers being built and Canary Wharf in general from the rooftop patio. 5-10 minute walk to the Tube. We also loved the really nice restaurants nearby. 10/10!"
